My first time speaking English with someone from another country
I was really nervous before joining my first English conversation session.
I kept thinking, "What if I don't understand them?" or "What if I make too many mistakes?"
But after a few minutes, I realized everyone was patient and supportive. I still made mistakes, but nobody laughed. Instead, they helped me find the right words.
That experience gave me much more confidence.
If you're hesitating to join your first speaking session, I'd say just do it. It gets easier with practice.
